We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Royal Bay Care Homes.

The Royal Bay group have selected to move forward with AutumnCare as their new care management system.

Our electronic medication administration record (eMAR) will be introduced to one of the Bays' main nursing services, with a full roll-out across the remaining care homes to follow. 

Royal Bay will then be implementing AutumnCare's care management system for all of their remaining clinical documentation needs. 


Key Goals and Challenges 

Managers at Royal Bay began researching care management systems early this year when it became apparent their current system was not meeting their needs. 

Medication management

Whilst a competitor system was in use for staff to document care electronically, it did not enable them to manage or administer medications. 

Staff were still relying on paper to document medication administration. 

Double entry of data 

This resulted in repeated data entry and introduced an element of risk whereby staff were required to check information across two separate systems that did not intercommunicate.

Royal Bay selected AutumnCare knowing that our fully integrated product set would eliminate duplicate data entry and that our CMS and eMAR communicate seamlessly with one another. 

Clinical guidance and compliance support 

The care team also benefits from additional support with AutumnCare.

This includes smooth and simple creation of person-centred care plans, dashboard alerting, and full comprehensive reports and audit trails. 

Compliance and clinical guidance is supported through every action completed within AutumnCare.
