Home to 36 residents, Rock Cottage Care Home is located near Stoke-on-Trent.
The organisation is dual registered, providing both nursing and residential care services.
AutumnCare will support staff in the documentation and delivery of person centred care.
Selecting a Care Management System
Managers at Rock Cottage began the search for an electronic solution that would allow them to move away from paper based records.

Whilst being incredibly powerful for Management staff, AutumnCare is also easy for carers to use on the go.
Rock Cottage was pleased to see a locked down version is available for junior staff to get to their tasks quickly.
Training Staff to go Paperless
AutumnCare provides training to all clients during their transition.
This ensures that all staff can navigate the system from day one.
Our trainers are experienced in instilling confidence in every user, even those that have never used an electronic system before!
What’s Next for Rock Cottage?
Staff are keen to add electronic medication management to their product set, with implementation beginning in the coming months.
AutumnCare’s eMAR, Medicate, will be used for medication administration as well as stock control.
